Question 1

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

A plan delivers credits every month, and a credit is spent only when a candidate actually sits a test. One credit covers a candidate on a test with up to 3 AI-graded coding questions, including AI grading of their code with sub-scores and written feedback and the session cheating and integrity check. Plans come in whole volumes: 20 credits every month for ₹3,800/mo (US$57), 50 for ₹9,000 (US$135), or 150 for ₹24,000 (US$360). Longer tests spend more credits, predictably: tests with more than 3 AI-graded coding questions count as additional credits, so 4-6 questions is 2 credits and 7-9 is 3, each agentic coding round or AI interview adds one credit, and each take-home project (a real repository, a pull request, and a follow-up discussion) adds two. MCQ rounds in the same test add nothing.

Question 2

What is free?

Accepted Answer

MCQ-only tests are free and unlimited: screen as many candidates as you like without spending a single credit. Screen up to 100 resumes free each month; beyond that, 20 resumes cost one credit. Import up to 50 bulk invites free each month; beyond that, 10 imports cost one credit. Recruiter seats, building assessments and sending invitations are always free, and a candidate who never starts costs nothing, so no-shows and expired invites are never counted.

Question 3

Do unused credits expire?

Accepted Answer

Never. Every credit you have paid for stays in your balance until a candidate uses it, whether it came from a subscription or an on-demand pack. There is no monthly reset, no use-it-or-lose-it, and no expiry date to plan your hiring around.

Question 4

What is the difference between monthly, yearly and packs?

Accepted Answer

What the same credits cost you. On demand costs the most, and a plan is a discount on it that grows with the size of the plan and the length of the commitment: a monthly plan saves 5% on 20 credits a month, 10% on 50 and 20% on 150, and a yearly plan saves 15%, 20% and 30% on the same volumes. So 20 credits every month is ₹3,800/mo (US$57) on a monthly plan and ₹40,800/yr (US$612) on a yearly one, while 150 credits every month is ₹24,000/mo (US$360) monthly and ₹2,52,000/yr (US$3,780) yearly. On-demand packs carry no commitment at all: 20 credits for ₹4,000 (US$60), 40 for ₹8,000 (US$120), or 60 for ₹12,000 (US$180). Subscribers can also top up mid-cycle at the discount their plan already earns. Every assessment feature is on every plan and every pack: AI grading, agentic coding, AI interviews, the integrity suite, unlimited seats. The only thing a plan unlocks is the integrations surface (the API, webhooks and Google Sheets), which is included with the Scale plan (150 credits a month) and Enterprise, and is otherwise available as a small monthly add-on.

Question 5

What if I run out of credits before the month ends?

Accepted Answer

Top up at any time; the credits land in the same shared company balance as your plan, so they are available immediately. Extra credits come at the discount your plan already earns: 20 credits are ₹4,000 (US$60) with no plan, ₹3,800 (US$57) on a Starter monthly plan and ₹2,800 (US$42) on a Scale yearly plan. Your whole company draws on that one balance, and recruiters do not need their own allocations. If the balance does run out, new assessment starts pause until you top up; candidates already taking a test are never interrupted, and nothing is lost.

Question 6

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every new company starts with 10 free credits, enough for its first 10 candidates on a standard test, with all AI features on, before you pay anything: build assessments, invite candidates and read full AI grades without entering a card. The free credits cover everything, including agentic coding rounds, AI interviews and take-home projects. A longer test simply spends more of the free credits, exactly as it would spend paid ones. Sign up with your company email address; we approve every new account within 24 hours.

Question 7

Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We bill in Indian rupees or US dollars, and you pick which at signup. Payments run through Razorpay, so cards and UPI both work for packs and for subscription renewals.

Question 8

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Every credit you have already paid for stays yours and never expires, so you can keep assessing candidates on it for as long as it lasts. Cancelling stops the renewal and the plan discount on top-ups; credits already in your wallet stay, nothing you have bought is taken back, and packs remain available at any time. Integrations stop accepting new connections unless you keep them on the add-on; anything you already connected keeps running.

Question 9

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in either direction, and you never lose the plan you have already paid for. Move up and you pay only the difference for the rest of the cycle, with the extra credits available immediately; from your next renewal you are billed at the new plan. Move down and your current plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the lower one takes over. Nothing you have already bought is forfeited either way.

Question 10

Do you offer enterprise or volume pricing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. High-volume hiring (campus drives, agencies, hundreds of candidates a month) gets a custom quote, with every feature included (integrations too) and nothing that expires. Tell us your expected numbers and we will price it.
