hireinator is an AI-powered technical assessment platform for
hiring software engineers. Companies test candidates on real
work, and AI screens, grades and integrity-checks it in minutes.
Your candidates already use AI. hireinator tests how well they build
with it: an AI-native technical assessment platform for hiring
software engineers. Build an assessment from LeetCode-style coding
challenges (full in-browser IDE graded against hidden test cases),
MCQ screening, agentic coding rounds, where the
candidate directs an AI pair-programmer and you see how they think,
verify, and catch its mistakes, and AI interviews, where the
candidate records short video answers and AI grades the transcript
against your rubric.
Invite one candidate or a whole CSV (AI maps the columns, positions
route to the right assessment). Every submission is graded by AI
Check (correctness and quality scores, sub-metrics, written
feedback) or manually, with integrity signals (proctoring snapshots,
behavioral data, AI cheating analysis) reported alongside, never
hidden inside the score.
Pricing is in credits. A plan delivers credits every month, and one
credit is one candidate on a test with up to 3 AI-graded coding
questions, including AI grading and the session integrity check; each
agentic coding round or AI interview adds one credit and each
take-home project two.
Plans deliver 20 credits a month for
₹3,800/mo or ₹40,800/yr (US$57 / US$612), 50 for ₹9,000/mo or
₹96,000/yr (US$135 / US$1,440), and 150 for ₹24,000/mo or
₹2,52,000/yr (US$360 / US$3,780); the bigger the plan and the longer
the commitment, the less you pay per month. On-demand packs need no
commitment: 20, 40 or 60 credits for ₹4,000, ₹8,000 or
₹12,000 (US$60 / $120 / $180). Unused credits never expire. MCQ-only tests are free
and unlimited; screen up to 100 resumes free each month (beyond that,
20 resumes cost one credit) and import up to 50 bulk invites
free each month (beyond that, 10 imports cost one credit); recruiter
seats are free; invites and no-shows are never counted; and every new
company starts with 10 free credits. Integrations (the API, webhooks and
Google Sheets) are included with the Scale plan (150 credits
a month) and Enterprise, and are otherwise available as a small
monthly add-on.
Google Sheets and Drive. If you choose to connect a
Google Sheet, hireinator turns that sheet into a control surface for
hiring: you pick an action from a dropdown in our own tab (send a
test, screen a resume, grade with AI, approve or reject) and we write
the result back beside the candidate. We read only the sheet you
connect and the resume files you link from it, and we write only into
the tab we create. We never modify your other tabs, columns, formulas
or formatting, and we never use your spreadsheet's contents for
anything else. Connecting is optional; the platform works fully without
